Where is your company located?
 Our company is located in Boulder, Colorado, USA. However, we mainly provide online consultation and sales services. The offline address does not offer goods sales and consultation services.

When can I receive the goods?
 It depends on your delivery address. We have warehouses in North America, Asia, Europe, and Africa. But specifically, it depends on the distance between your delivery address and the warehouse. Before shipping, we generally need 3 working days to complete the consecration and empowerment of the goods you purchased. Then, they will be sent to you through the transfer warehouse.
  • For the United States, it takes approximately 10-15 working days.
  • For Europe, it takes approximately 7-10 working days.
  • For Asia, it takes approximately 6-8 working days.
  • For the Middle East and other countries and regions in Africa, it takes approximately 7-10 working days.
Do you have offline stores?
Before 2023, we had offline stores in New York, London, and Shanghai. But because we hoped to reduce costs and offer our energy and knowledge to more people at lower prices, we gave up the operation of offline stores. Currently, there are no offline stores in business.
Want to customize the size of the bracelet?
Although our bracelets are all handmade, due to the limited team members, we have chosen elastic string beads as much as possible and do not support custom sizes for the time being.

You can pay attention to the description of the bracelet size in the product details. If it is "One size fits all", then it is elastic and supports the wrist dimensions of most people.

Usually, we will send you an order confirmation email immediately after a successful order. If you initiated a fortune-telling consultation with us, you will usually receive a reply within 1-2 working days. How to correct an incorrect shipping address?
It depends on the status of your order:
  • If you just placed the order, you can contact us via email. Please use the email address for your order to inform us of your order number and the correct address, and we will contact the logistics company to change the delivery address for you.
  • If your order is already in transit, then you can contact the logistics company and us at the same time, and we will try to contact the logistics company to change the address for you.
How to return or exchange.

Are there any usage precautions?

  • Do not wear others' bracelets and do not let others touch your own bracelet to avoid energy interference.

  • Wear the bracelet with positive effects on the left hand where positive energy enters. Wear the bracelet with clearing effects on the right hand where negative energy is output.

  • For the plant series and ore series of bracelets, do not touch water. If they touch water, please dry them as soon as possible.

  • If you are left-handed, you can wear a maximum of 3 bracelets on the left hand at the same time; for the right hand, a maximum of 2 bracelets; do not wear bracelets on both left and right hands simultaneously.

  • Avoid wearing bracelets when using the toilet or having sex.
