Compared with the former two, Facial Features Numerology and Palmistry mainly rely on external physiological features for analysis, which are more intuitive and visual. However, the depth and breadth of destiny analysis are not as good as the former two and are mostly used as auxiliary means to provide immediate and superficial information. Compared with traditional Chinese numerology, the Numerology of Numbers is completely based on the symbolic meanings of numbers and does not involve concepts such as Yin Yang, the Five Elements, and astrology. He improved and developed the Eight Characters of Birth numerology based on Li Xuzhong’s Three Pillar Method in the Tang Dynasty and established the Four Pillar Method of fortune-telling, making the system more complete and systematic. His work “Yuan Hai Zi Ping” is a classic of the Eight Characters of Birth numerology, which strongly promoted the spread and development of this school. In terms of Zi Wei Dou Shu, Chen Tuan, the Senior Master, was an important founder. He merged astrology, Taoist philosophy, and numerology to create the basic framework and theoretical system of Zi Wei Dou Shu, incorporated philosophical thoughts into it, and through inheritance and development in later generations, formed the current huge and complex system, which has an important position in the field of numerology.
